Penile modeling has long been a non-invasive method for correcting abnormal penile curvatures associated with Peyronie’s disease and is crucial for maintaining sustained outcomes after definitive therapy. Previous devices have focused on penile lengthening or traction, incorporating a hinge component for combined lengthening and modeling. However, these devices often have significant mechanical drawbacks, including substantial patient discomfort and high costs, leading to non-compliance and poorer clinical outcomes.
Instead of clamps or hard constricting materials, ReSheyP uses soft neoprene (the material used in scuba suits) and malleable mesh to correct curvatures. This results in a comfortable, controllable, and clinically effective device.

The ReSheyP device consists of a cylindrical sleeve made of stretchable neoprene material, featuring two opposing bendable metal bands and a delivery tool for atraumatic application onto the penile shaft. Once the delivery tool and device are properly fitted, ReSheyP can be bent into the desired shape for effective penile modeling.
